Job Summary
Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy, making every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality. Collaborate with the team to meet quotas and goals while ensuring production requirements and standards are met consistently. Follow all written and verbal instructions and complete assigned job tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work area. Be available for occasional overtime as needed. This role supports the production team at New Hampton, requiring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to read production documents. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with 2+ years of industrial production experience strongly preferred.

- Able to occasionally crawl.
- Able to frequently lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours; increments of 4 hours.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred.
