Job Summary
Create high quality body jewelry products while maintaining workstation cleanliness and meeting production standards. Perform required quality inspections, document results, and communicate defects to the Production Supervisor. Execute inventory procedures, follow strict packaging and labeling requirements, and ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system. Operate tools and equipment safely, deburr parts to remove extraneous metal, and maintain a tidy work area. Cross train and remain flexible to support assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent manual dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Finger dexterity is required to work with small and delicate parts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mathematical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data, count, add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages
