Job Summary
Receive work orders, observe specifications, and prepare and stage garments for Screen Print Operators by accurately counting and documenting proper sizes and colors. Troubleshoot missing items and report mechanical issues to your supervisor immediately. Ensure the work area is cleaned during the shift and before shift ends, including sweeping, organizing the workstation, and emptying trash. This role involves mandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays, and requires standing for long periods while lifting 15-50 lbs. You must differentiate and coordinate colors and maintain an eye for precision.
