Job Summary
Operate molding press/equipment following company procedures; review Operator Display Board for work instructions and Quality Alerts; ensure product meets established quality criteria with zero non-conformances; correctly record scrap every hour per work instructions; apply labels and lot control numbers; review quality alerts daily; notify Supervisor of discrepancies; communicate production and quality issues during team meetings; keep work area clean and organized; participate in team problem solving (8D, meetings); follow all internal and OSHA required safety procedures and company policies; contribute to a climate of quality and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
