Job Summary
Production Associate on the 1st shift for the shred line. Responsibilities include unwrapping cheese, shredding, cubing, adding rework to the line, inspecting/boxing/palletizing cheese, and general area cleaning. May rotate to other shifts or departments; requires GMP compliance, ability to operate equipment, and data entry on tablet/computer. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and able to work in a food-manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. The role operates Monday–Thursday, 6 am–4 pm with overtime as needed; hourly rate $20.50.
