Job Summary
Production Associate responsible for the assembly of pool covers. May involve cutting, cross seaming, webbing or stitching, with emphasis on producing a quality product. Trains with skilled leaders across swimming pool production, maintains a safe work environment, and utilizes power tools and sewing machines. Requires reading basic English, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand 8-12 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. On-site role in Plainfield, IN with OT as needed.
Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVE 2 years’ experience in manufacturing Sewing
- Must have 0-3years of semi-automated machines, and the use of hand tools
- 0-3 years in manufacturing or production
- Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to work overtime as needed.
