Job Summary
In this full-time role, Production Associates efficiently operate plant equipment and perform quality checks in the manufacturing of automobile directional control system components. Responsibilities include conducting pre-operation checks, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Associates will also be involved in operation feedback for safety, quality, and process improvements. The position requires physical demands such as prolonged standing, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 32 pounds. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or G.E.D. and a collaborative mindset.
