Job Summary
Apply vinyl numbers, letters, logos, and markers to garments using a heat press while maintaining quality and placement standards. Prepare apparel for production by unbagging garments, staging workstations, and cutting vinyl according to specifications. Conduct quality inspections throughout the process, pick and pack customer orders using shipping software, and generate outbound labels. Receive incoming inventory, inspect products, stock merchandise, and maintain accurate counts via cycle counts. Load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks as trained. Perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds while standing, walking, and bending throughout the day. This cross-functional role supports print production and warehouse operations for apparel and sporting goods across North America.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse, production, or apparel is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn Hummel products, styles, and inventory processes
