Job Summary
Production Associate for 1st shift at McLoone with a 5:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Thursday schedule. The role involves performing a variety of tasks across the Fabrication department, including laminating, numbering, packing, punch press, clamshell (die-cutting/piercing/embossing), Spartanic shear, and doming, while following departmental policies and maintaining a neat, safe work area. The candidate will adapt to different production areas as needed, participate in safety and quality discussions, and may represent the department in committees. Requires ability to operate machines and inspect materials, attention to detail, and comfort using a computer in a limited capacity. Emphasis on teamwork, punctuality, willingness to perform tasks across pay grades, and flexibility in work duties.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma/HSED/GED or a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing setting
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must attend scheduled shifts and be on time
- Must be willing to perform tasks listed in other pay grade job descriptions as required
