Job Summary
Production Associate needed for 1st shift at our Phoenix, AZ facility. Responsibilities include assembling windows by measuring and using hand tools, saws, punches, and drills; maintaining a safe and clean work environment; assisting production and cross-training; complying with PPE requirements; and supporting other production tasks as needed. 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, read a tape measure, work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate in English. The role requires good attendance, a safety mindset, and a willingness to learn across departments. Location is Phoenix, AZ (2225 S 75th Ave Suite 140).
