Job Summary
Operate production equipment and machinery safely to fabricate component parts for window assembly. Assemble products per company specifications, inspect finished goods for defects, and package items for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized work environment while monitoring material supplies and assisting with equipment setup. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not required
