Production Associate 1 - 1st Shift M-F (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM )

Job Summary
Operates and maintains manufacturing stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts and units according to specifications. Reads blueprints and diagrams to assemble probe components, performs solder touch-up, and handles small, delicate parts with precision. Performs electro-mechanical assembly using hand tools, may operate automatic/semi-automatic equipment, and works under a microscope. Requires independent work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to follow method sheets and document processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods and use a microscope
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; strong communication skills
- Ability to use a computer and enter accurate data; Microsoft Office experience a plus
- Flexibility to changing needs; overtime as needed
- Demonstrated ability to perform precise, hands-on tasks with accuracy and control
- Highly organized, self-managed; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with hand soldering and microscope is preferred
