Job Summary
Production Assistant supports the broker team by servicing active and expired policy files, following up on carrier subjectivities and post-binding requirements, maintaining agency files per QMS, coordinating information from retailers, producing renewal letters and processing applications for insurance, gathering factual information under guidance of licensed team members, assisting with market submissions, preparing quotes, and handling follow-ups on endorsements and coverage confirmations. The role includes administrative tasks (scanning, filing, mail), collaboration with licensed team members, pursuit of required licenses, and ongoing educational opportunities in insurance.
Required Qualifications
