Production Assistant - Wholesale Insurance Brokerage - Casualty

Production Assistant supports the broker team by servicing active and expired policy files, following QMS standards, and assisting with market submissions, renewals, and information gathering for licensed team members. Responsibilities include preparing quotes and release of coverage details, relaying requests to markets/carriers, documenting responses for applications, handling endorsements and confirmations of coverage, and assisting with billing and open items. Requires pursuing property & casualty licenses as needed and involves administrative and clerical tasks, coordination with retailers and licensed team members, and ongoing education in insurance knowledge.
