Job Summary
Manage inventory of welding materials and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment of consumables. Support cleanroom welding processes by preparing equipment, tools, and materials to maintain a contamination-free environment. Assist welders with pre- and post-welding tasks, inspecting products for defects and documenting discrepancies against strict quality standards. Maintain adherence to cleanroom protocols, gowning procedures, and industry regulations like ISO and FDA. Record production data, equipment performance, and material usage to support audits and reporting. Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and collaborate with engineers to improve efficiency. Requires minimum 3 years manufacturing experience, cleanroom knowledge, and shift work flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Min 3 years experiences of working experience in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and industry-specific standards
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in tasks
- Shift work may be required based on production needs
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certifications or experience in manufacturing environments
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
- particularly in welding or semiconductor production
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Basic computer literacy particularly MsOffice (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
