Job Summary
As a Production Assistant/Support Technician, you will assist with executing product installations for clients, monitor product services and servers, and troubleshoot issues. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, XML, and FTP protocols, along with a solid understanding of both Windows Desktop and Server environments. You must be able to manage support tickets, work closely with clients and project managers, and maintain clear communication. Additionally, you will participate in product development cycles, sprints, and quality assurance, emphasizing the importance of cross-training and understanding various integrated systems.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft SQL Server; Transact-SQL
- IIS
- XML
- FTP, FTPS, SFTP; Filezilla, CuteFTP, WinSCP
- Windows Desktop – Windows 7 and later
- Windows Server – 2008 and later
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Google Apps; specifically, Gmail and Drive
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with EDI
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence Studio
- Retail or POS experience
- Knowledge of Asana for Project Management
- Familiarity with Zendesk for Support Ticket Management
