Job Summary
Plan and coordinate pre-construction meetings between Sales, Estimating, and Project Management teams. Schedule crews, order materials, and assign manpower to job sites while managing material procurement, fabrication, and installation to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate records of production activities, budgets, and materials used, utilizing Zoho Projects and Zoho Books for scheduling and purchase orders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and resolve vendor invoice or delivery discrepancies. Provide weekly progress updates to management covering project status, production metrics, and resource utilization. Work collaboratively with vendors to secure quotes and achieve overall project success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of production workers
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
- Bi-Lingual Spanish and English

- 3 years minimum experience in roofing
