Production Assistant

Job Summary
Operate commercial packing machines with precision while assisting with restocking, receiving consumables, and processing orders including pick/pack and labelling. Maintain strict quality control and production records, support warehouse organisation and stock control, and ensure general cleanliness across production areas. Adhere to HACCP/GMP guidelines and undergo training in Food Safety in manufacturing. Provide coverage across the day including the 7:00am–3:00pm opening shift and 9:00am–5:00pm closing shift. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year warehouse/food manufacturing/coffee industry experience preferred
- Experience with commercial coffee packing machines highly regarded
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Physically capable and reliable
- Willingness to learn from and work collaboratively with our teams
- Forklift license advantageous (but not essential)
