Job Summary
Manage material flow and fabrication assembly operations while operating manufacturing equipment and using hand tools. Work in a safe manner, ensuring co-workers follow safety requirements and policies, and assist with training others. Participate in defining standard work, engaging in cross-training for flexibility, and supporting employee engagement activities. Maintain an established rate based on customer demand and standardized work. Shifts typically rotate between the first and second shift every two weeks. Requires a high school diploma or GED, PIT training or fork license for specific tasks, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
