Job Summary
The Production Assistant at Franjo Restoration is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a self-performed workforce, including coordinating and executing projects, customer relations, and overseeing field personnel. Key responsibilities include being the primary on-call responder, maintaining communication with all departments, supervising field employees and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and project requirements, and managing project documents and schedules. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, IICRC, and OSHA certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction management or relevant experience in lieu of education
- Proficient in MS office
- IICRC certification
- OSHA 40 hour certification
Desired Qualifications
- Accounting and estimating software
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation
- Must comply with all required background and security clearances
- Must submit to new hire and random drug screening(s)
