Production Assistant

Coordinate project readiness and customer experience across multiple job sites; review customer projects, power wash houses, and ensure materials are ordered and delivered before paint crews arrive. Market services by placing signs and flyers and engaging with neighbors near painting projects to generate new business opportunities. Conduct kick-off meetings with customers and paint crews to ensure an exceptional customer experience; visit job sites daily to inspect quality and document progress with photos/videos for marketing and managerial purposes. Maintain professionalism on sites (proper attire, organized spaces, signage) and ensure customer satisfaction by final walkthrough with paint crew and customer; gather Google reviews and customer testimonials and collect final payments upon project completion. Require strong tech aptitude, project management, analytical, and communication skills; prioritize customer service, quality, and a solution-oriented mindset. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus. Driver's license and vehicle required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; knowledge of the painting industry is advantageous. Role is full-time contract with multiple locations; on-site presence at Saint Paul, MN.
