Job Summary
Move or lift heavy objects, cut, punch, mill, bundle, box, package, and palletize aluminum extrusions, and examine products to verify conformance to specifications. Clean zones, adjust production equipment, monitor machinery operation to detect problems, sort raw stock, and load or unload containers using a forklift. Build custom pallets, make stock components, clean parts, and perform powder coating as assigned by supervisors. This long-term role in a family-run facility requires mechanical knowledge, forlift certification, and proficiency with hand tools. Physical health is paramount due to lifting extrusions up to 16 feet in an unclimate-controlled environment.
