Job Summary
Production Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of bathroom renovation projects. Lead a team of installers, subcontractors, and laborers; coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors; monitor schedules and budgets; ensure quality and safety; maintain clear client communication; manage material inventories and minimize waste; ensure compliance with local codes and PPE usage. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential to deliver high-quality results within a tight 2-day project window and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in production management or project management in construction/renovation
- Experience in bathroom/home renovation projects preferred
- Leadership and communication capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized
- Knowledge of renovation tools, materials, and scheduling software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required
- Relevant certifications in project management or construction a plus
- Physical ability to work on-site for long hours
- Commitment to safety and building-code compliance
Desired Qualifications
