Job Summary
Packaging, repackaging, and performing light assembly of disposable dental products while following ISO 13485 manufacturing procedures and quality standards. Verify materials and quantities against Work Orders and Bills of Materials, then accurately complete batch records and work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized workstation adhering to 5S and EHS practices, and strictly follow safety, quality, and regulatory protocols. This entry-level role involves mastering standard procedures such as syringe filling and kitting under direct supervision within a climate-controlled facility. Occasional overtime may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, dental, pharma)
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow written procedures accurately
- Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs
- Manual dexterity for small parts handling
- Perform repetitive tasks with focus and precision
- Tolerate moderate noise and temperature variations
- Must wear PPE including gloves, hairnets, masks, and safety glasses as needed
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
