Job Summary
Production Assembly Technician responsible for assembling mechanical and electronic components per drawings and specifications, supporting the production and integration of custom-built technical products, and performing quality checks throughout assembly. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, reading assembly drawings and technical documentation, collaborating with production and technical teams to meet deadlines, assisting with inventory organization and workstation setup, maintaining a clean and safe production environment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department. Ideal candidates have hands-on mechanical aptitude, experience in manufacturing or technical assembly, ability to read drawings, attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative mindset; experience with electronic products is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production assembly, or technical assembly environments
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and technical components
- Ability to read assembly drawings and follow detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to contribute within a growing organization
- Experience working with electronic or electrical products is considered an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with changing priorities
