Job Summary
Assemble custom electrical equipment and enclosures using assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of material. Install mechanical components, wire control panels, and operate hand and power tools to build high-quality products safely. Perform quality checks to ensure workmanship accuracy, verify materials against BOMs, and contribute ideas for continuous process improvement. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while collaborating with teammates to complete projects efficiently. This 4-day work week includes paid training, profit sharing bonuses, and a $3.00/hour shift differential for the 2nd shift.
