Job Summary
Perform wire-to-wire and wire-to-lead electrical connections, solder and insulate components, and shape and lace motor coils. Adhere to electrical assembly standards and quality procedures while inspecting parts to meet aerospace manufacturing tolerances. Maintain clean and safe work areas, follow written work instructions, and use basic computer systems for inventory and documentation. Ensure compliance with PPE and safety requirements within a team-based production environment focused on precision assembly, wiring, forming, and finishing of electric motor components for aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and extreme industrial applications.
