Job Summary
Production Assembler responsible for assembling and calibrating fabricated parts or units to meet product specifications. Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary. Propose measures to increase productivity and efficiency. Perform simple screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations; inspect and test work for quality; perform and log scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment; determine sequence of operations, materials required, and procedures; stage job materials for production according to procedure.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of job-related experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to precisely measure
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
