Job Summary
Perform assembly tasks with precision and efficiency while replenishing stock and loading raw materials onto machinery. Load finished products off of machinery and conduct regular quality checks using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and verniers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and communicate with supervisors about complex problems. Follow all company safety protocols and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Commit to perfect attendance for the first 90 days and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers 1st or 2nd shift hours with pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, including health insurance and an incentive recognition bonus.
