Job Summary

Lead daily mechanical assembly and integration tasks for electrical control products, supervise a team, and drive safety, quality, and productivity within a production environment. Establish work priorities, provide direction, and support coaching and training. Ensure adherence to PCX Quality Management System and ISO 9001 standards; identify and resolve assembly issues; participate in continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles; maintain training records and support staffing/resource planning; promote teamwork across the department.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of electrical control systems assembly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve production-related issues
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
