Job Summary
Assemble parts and components according to detailed instructions and blueprints to create finished pump skid packages. Inspect assembled products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards while performing hydro/pneumatic testing after assembly. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively, maintaining a clean and organized work area. Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly and collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies consistently, including proper rigging practices and adherence to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of assembly processes and manufacturing operations
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documents
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Previous production or assembly experience
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
- Experience working with threaded pipe and pipe-threading machines
- MIG welding experience or an interest in learning
- Certifications in workplace safety or manufacturing processes
- Fork truck certification
- Overhead crane certification
- Knowledge of proper rigging practices
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
- Ability to pass a drug test
