Production Assembler

Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Review production orders, prepare materials using hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment, and safely operate production machinery including pneumatic tools and welders. Assemble components such as frames, glass panels, hardware, seals, and screens while performing sealed unit glazing, screen fitting, packaging, and loading. Conduct quality inspections and measurements throughout the process to identify and report defects. Prepare finished products for shipment with labeling and packaging. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to all safety policies and PPE standards. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist with other duties as assigned. This role requires physical stamina for extended standing and lifting 50–70 lbs, basic math skills, and the ability to read tape measures. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and 18 years or older.
