Production Assembler - 3rd shift

The Production Assembler on the 3rd shift assembles assigned product parts by production guidelines using hand tools, power tools, and production machines, reads and understands work orders, adheres to SDS and safety rules, and ensures on-time production while maintaining quality. Responsibilities include setting up tools/materials, fastening subassemblies, inspecting finished products against requirements, meeting production quotas, maintaining 5S and housekeeping standards, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Skills include good mechanical aptitude, use of hand/power tools, understanding of quality and safety practices, and the ability to interpret assembly instructions and SDS. Physical tasks involve standing, bending, and lifting up to 30–50 pounds, with overtime as needed; works indoors/outdoors depending on conditions.
