Job Summary
Follow safety guidelines, perform documented assembly tasks including hand soldering and equipment operation, and execute routine testing, calibration, and packaging. Maintain work area organization, apply Statistical Process Control techniques, and report non-conforming materials or damaged tools. Participate in manufacturing procedure reviews and ensure productivity levels per line standards. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 2nd shift (3:30pm-2:00am). Starting pay ranges from $20.89 to $22.17 plus a $1.00 shift differential. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for up to 10 hours. High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous assembler experience preferred. No sponsorship provided.
