Production Assembler- 1st Shift

Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments by assisting in packaging and coordinating changeovers with teammates. Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas, while reporting all production waste to a Lead or Supervisor. Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout production, including notifying leadership when stepping off the line. Perform other duties as required and strictly follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules. This role requires overtime, steel toe boots, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check, with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
