Job Summary
Produce and lead data center facility design efforts, focusing on architectural layout for power, cooling, ventilation, redundancy, and security; oversee design planning, development of construction drawings, and coordination with MEP teams and project managers; collaborate with internal and external teams to meet aggressive deadlines, while advancing design packages from schematic through close-out and providing construction administration as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Architect (RA) / or on the path of becoming one
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Two to seven or more years of experience as a Project Architect
- Proficient in REVIT
- 3D/BIM modeling and CAD software
- Ability to visit client facilities throughout DFW
- Ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks
