Production Architect - Data Center Design

Job Summary
Data-center focused production architect responsible for design planning, development, and documentation of data center facilities; lead cross-functional design disciplines with MEP team and project managers; progress technical design drawings from schematic through construction close-out; manage RFI and submittals, review submittals, produce meeting minutes, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders; requires ability to visit client facilities in the Dallas area and occasional travel; strong REVIT proficiency and BIM/CAD modeling skills; involvement in AIA is a plus; hybrid of design development, coordination, and construction administration tasks on aggressive deadlines; opportunities to work with enterprise data centers, colo market, and hyperscale projects.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Architect (RA) / or on the path of becoming one
- Two to Five or more years of experience as a Project Architect
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Design
- Proficient in the use of REVIT (a must) / Advanced Revit skills a huge Plus
- 3D/BIM modeling and CAD computer modeling and rendering software a plus
