Job Summary
Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while organizing and stocking materials in designated warehouse locations. Record and process orders using company systems, assemble boxes and crates, and palletize outgoing shipments. Verify product type, quantity, and quality prior to shipment, performing visual inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. Operate manufacturing equipment such as winding, assembly, punching, or stamping machinery, and load materials onto machines using overhead cranes. Transport finished products to inspection, storage, or shipping areas while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Requires 1+ year of warehouse experience, high school diploma, and ability to lift 45 pounds. Shifts include 1st (8:00am–4:30pm) and 2nd (3:30pm–12:00am) options.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum (1) year of previous experience in a warehouse
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
- Basic computer capabilities
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to accurately use measuring tools such as tape measurer and ruler
- Must be able to lift forty-five (45) pounds independently
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
- Must be able to learn forklift and/or machine operation as required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience driving a forklift or operating a machine
