Job Summary
Follow cGMPs while moving bulk materials, performing manual mixing, and conducting in-process checks using temperature probes and moisture analyzers. Scan materials and WIP in the ERP system, handle Gummy Collection and Coating, and read Master Manufacturing Records to fill out batch records. Create maintenance work orders, perform safety inspections, and complete daily cleaning and facility tasks. Apply for Production Line, Machine Operator, Quality Inspector, or Custodian roles at CAPTEK Softgel International in La Mirada, CA.
