Job Summary
The Production and HR Coordinator at PTI Quality Containment Solutions will support HR processes and operational tasks, including recruiting, payroll administration, and employee relations. Ideal candidates must demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities across operational and administrative duties. This role requires flexibility and adaptability in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent training
- Proven ability to develop and motivate a team
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time daily
- Must be open to becoming Forklift Certified
Desired Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledgeable in the principles and practices of Human Resources
- Prior experience with an HRIS Database
- Prior experience with computerized payroll software
- Proven ability to develop and motivate a team
- Must have leadership experience

- This position requires occasional presence on the production floor to provide support as necessary
