Production Analyst & Training Coordinator

Job Summary
Lead data-driven production analysis and process optimization; identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve reliability, reduce scrap, and enhance performance using SPC, DOE, and other quality tools. Develop, document, implement, and train SOPs; support cross-department standardization and continuous improvement programs aligned with OPEX, GMP, and food safety standards. Provide technical guidance to ensure equipment efficiency and attainment of production milestones; facilitate cross-functional communication among Production, QA, Engineering, and internal stakeholders. Promote safety, participate in required training, and support 24/7 manufacturing operations and IT-related initiatives across shop floor and office environments. Develop training materials, coordinate personnel training across shifts, and maintain training documentation; identify and implement improvements in training processes. Knowledge areas include Python, Java, C++, MS Office/macros, IT concepts, injection molding, plant utilities, and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in a manufacturing facility preferably plastic processing
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with high speed, rotating machinery
- Ability to communicate technical issues
- Understanding of IT switches and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of injection molding and related processes
- CAT III Safety Requirements understanding
