Job Summary
Detail-oriented Production Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of production and inventory data across ERP systems (SAP or equivalent). Responsibilities include executing production postings, validating batch data, managing data flow from batch sheets to systems, performing variance analysis and BOM/routing updates, ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts, monitoring production orders, and reporting operational performance metrics. Supports cross-functional operations and continuous improvement, maintaining manifests and production records for quality release and shipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field strongly preferred
- Associate’s degree or two years of college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) in production transactions, inventory management, or process order execution
- Experience in a unionized environment is a plus
- Exposure to production accounting, inventory reconciliation, or material variance analysis preferred
