Job Summary

Production Administrator to serve as the primary contact between shop floor and corporate support, coordinating scheduling, estimating, onboarding, HR/payroll support, and production planning in a Calgary shop environment. You will work with Production, Operations, HR, Payroll, and Supply Chain to support scheduling, estimating, onboarding, and maintain reporting, records, and office logistics. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial setting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience (Navision/Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus. This role involves supporting payroll and HR onboarding activities, coordinating material delivery with production schedules, and assisting with estimating and planning to keep daily operations on track.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with an ERP system, Navision or Microsoft Dynamics, is an asset
  • Background in production scheduling and estimating is considered an asset
