Production Administration - Crew Leader

Job Summary
Lead a team in support of all manufacturing processes by assigning duties, conducting daily start-up meetings, and ensuring safe, effective execution of production plans using a structured lean work system. Monitor the work environment for safety and quality adherence, including 1st and last piece inspections, while taking corrective action for non-conformances. Conduct layered process audits, update visual boards hourly, and initiate requests for changes to standard work procedures. Troubleshoot issues with engineering and maintenance, prepare for shift hand-offs, write maintenance work orders, and train subordinate staff on standard work and new processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two year technical degree in an applicable manufacturing area of study
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- GPS certified
