Job Summary
Review customer contracts for color, size, and detail accuracy; prepare production documents and instructions for installation crews. Order materials and coordinate timely delivery to job sites while communicating with clients to set expectations and schedule installations. Obtain and process permits from local building departments, manage status calls, and track project progress in ServiceTitan. Develop comprehensive project plans, ensure documentation completeness, and update invoices to reflect installation changes. Monitor production performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
