Production Activity Control Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee daily execution of production activity control across manufacturing operations by supporting monitoring meetings, reviewing progress reports, and prioritizing resource escalations for manpower, machinery, and materials. Direct the Production Activity Controller team through work order lifecycle management, ensuring strict alignment with Production Pace Control and weekly MPS decisions while optimizing capacity to prevent backlogs. Manage component availability at the point of use, track parts flow stability, and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to eliminate parasitic flows such as non-conformities and part loss. Act as the critical bridge between Production, Planning, and Supply Chain, leveraging MRP II principles and SAP planning parameters to synchronize system-to-reality execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- 4-5 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Material Management
- Preferred in Production Control
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with MRP II principles (especially S&OP, MPS, MRP, and Execution)
- Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain concepts within a production environment
- Lean management
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and multi-site networks
- Strong communication skills
