Production 1st and 2nd shift

Rotate through three different positions on the production line while working efficiently to meet production goals. Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs, maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure product quality and consistency according to company standards. Follow all Food Safety Policies and Procedures, including P.P.E., and take direction from supervisors while collaborating effectively with team members. This role requires strong upper body strength and the ability to stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled facility maintained between 45-50°F. High School Diploma or GED required; bilingualism preferred.
