Job Summary
Print, laminate, cut, weed, pack, and inspect products on the production line according to standard operating procedures. Operate and maintain machinery safely while performing basic troubleshooting. Assist with loading and unloading materials, keeping the work area clean and organized. Report defects to the supervisor and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow. Participate in training sessions for new techniques and safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds using proper techniques
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
- Must pass a drug test and background check
