Establish and adjust long- and short-term production plans based on sales and production orders to ensure optimal output and meet customer demand. Manage component availability and lead times while monitoring production capacity to satisfy operational needs. Coordinate meetings for inventory planning and backorder discussions, and maintain up-to-date schedules in the SAP ERP system. Create SMD plans to maximize machine efficiency, process sales orders, and determine delivery times. Track work-in-progress daily and handle shortages by generating work orders and following up on deliveries. Keep stock levels current by executing upgrades and adjustments.
