Job Summary
Lead production teams by guiding operators and technicians, creating staff schedules, conducting evaluations, and training new hires while maintaining active floor presence. Develop production process visions, propose structural improvements, analyze breakdowns, and oversee compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene guidelines. Manage facility operations by monitoring utility consumption and consumables. Ensure accurate reporting of production metrics and achieve agreed-upon KPIs. Requires HBO in Logistics Management and technical knowledge of production installations. Located in Venlo within the food chain, offering growth opportunities toward Depot Manager and 25 vacation days.
Required Qualifications
